Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping is available. Items are processed for shipment within 3-5 business days, and then fulfilled by Canada Post based on their timelines. Alternatively, all orders may be picked up in-person for free at 198 W Hastings St (at reception). For all pick-ups, please wait until receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

Currently, the VFS Shop is only able to ship within Canada. However, we are looking to expand this in 2023.

In the case of a manufacturing mistake or if your item(s) were damaged during shipping, the VFS Shop will be happy to replace all applicable items, provided that the sale date was within the last 30 days of the item being reported. Unfortunately, the VFS Shop does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly placed orders. For inquiries, please contact eventinfo@vfs.com.
