Where does the VFS Shop ship to?
Currently, orders can only be placed for shipment to Canadian destinations, but we are looking to expand our available countries in 2023.
How much does shipping cost? How will my order be shipped & how long will it take to receive?
Shipping cost is based on weight and calculated at checkout. Items will be shipped via Canada Post. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the time it will take to receive your order.
I live in the Greater Vancouver Area; am I able to pick-up my order?
Yes! All orders may be picked up in-person for free at 198 W Hastings St (at reception). When arriving for pick-up, please wait until receiving confirmation that your order is ready and have your proof of purchase & photo ID ready.
What is your return policy?
In the case of a manufacturing mistake or if your item(s) were damaged during shipping, the VFS Shop will be happy to replace all applicable items, provided that the sale date was within the last 30 days of the item being reported. Unfortunately, the VFS Shop does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly placed orders. For inquiries, please contact eventinfo@vfs.com.
