Currently, orders can only be placed for shipment to Canadian destinations, but we are looking to expand our available countries in 2023.

Shipping cost is based on weight and calculated at checkout. Items will be shipped via Canada Post. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the time it will take to receive your order.

Yes! All orders may be picked up in-person for free at 198 W Hastings St (at reception). When arriving for pick-up, please wait until receiving confirmation that your order is ready and have your proof of purchase & photo ID ready.

In the case of a manufacturing mistake or if your item(s) were damaged during shipping, the VFS Shop will be happy to replace all applicable items, provided that the sale date was within the last 30 days of the item being reported.
